Outlook Add-In

Archive emails directly from Outlook to the appropriate ALAN client—seamlessly and without opening ALAN. This integration enables efficient document management right from your familiar Outlook interface.

Zefix Queries

Use ALAN for direct access to the commercial register. Run Zefix queries and automatically create new contacts in the address directory—all within a single integrated interface.

Qualified Electronic Signature

QES Integration with DeepCloud|DeepSign

Future Integrations

  1. Terravis: Seamlessly integrate Terravis into your ALAN platform to efficiently capture and manage land registry-related information. With the first feature, you can retrieve property data directly and integrate it into your contracts—without leaving ALAN. Additional features, such as data transmission to Terravis, will follow shortly.
  2. Justitia.Swiss: Take advantage of the full functionality of Justitia.Swiss directly within ALAN to efficiently retrieve, transmit, and manage legal documents and information. Development of the integration is already underway.
  3. Infomaniak KSuite / kDrive: With the seamless integration of Infomaniak kSuite and kDrive into ALAN, you can securely exchange sensitive documents with clients in a manner that complies with data protection regulations and is hosted entirely in Switzerland. The solution meets the requirements of the nDSG and is not subject to any Cloud Act dependencies.

    Thanks to AI-powered text assistance —including intelligent summaries—and content-based document search across all files, you can increase efficiency and transparency in your workflows. This allows you to optimize your law firm or notary office workflows confidentially, efficiently, and without the need for email attachments—while maintaining full data sovereignty in Switzerland.

Prerequisite:

ADI builds on the existing ORMA module. Add this valuable module to your ALAN if you don’t already have it and benefit from smooth integration and seamless collaboration.

Pricing:

The price for the ADI module is CHF 3,500 (excl. VAT) per law firm. Introductory price: An introductory price of CHF 2,500 was in effect through December 31, 2024.
In addition, an annual maintenance and support contract (UWV) is required in accordance with the license agreement.
The individual implementation and customization of the features to your specific needs will be billed on a time-and-materials basis.
