Options currently available
Qualified electronic signature
Thanks to our partnership with DeepCloud, we can easily bring the qualified electronic signature (QES) to you and your clients. With maximum probative value, the QES is a fully-fledged replacement for a physical signature. Start a signature process for documents/contracts directly from ALAN. All legally compliant and via Swiss servers. After a short, one-off registration process (video), all parties involved are able to sign with legal validity. Whether unilaterally with just one signature, internally with several parties and signatures, or with your clients and several counterparties and signatures. No problem for DeepSign! And at the same time you benefit from the lowest prices currently available in Switzerland, from CHF 1.10 per QES signature, without expensive contracts. More information.

ID card scan
PENTA Scanner 4X. This first-class desktop scanner combines performance and precision. With up to 900 dpi, it scans documents, passports and ID cards seamlessly in ALAN. Ideal for biometric passports thanks to the RFID and NFC module. Automatic image correction, motion detection and robust design offer maximum reliability. Includes automatic cropping and rotation. With USB 3.0 and optional LAN interface as well as the “DESKO ID Analyze” software.
Outlook Add-In
Integrate your Outlook application seamlessly into ALAN and archive your emails directly from the Outlook interface into the correct ALAN mandate, even without having opened ALAN.
Zefix queries
Access the commercial register directly from your ALAN interface, perform Zefix queries and easily create new contacts in the address directory directly in ALAN.
Future extensions
- Terravis integration: Integrate Terravis seamlessly into your ALAN platform to efficiently record and manage information relevant to the land register. From version 1.24, it will probably be possible to query property data and other functions, such as transferring data to Terravis, will follow later.
- Justitia.Swiss integration: Use the full functionality of Justitia.Swiss directly in ALAN to effectively manage and retrieve legal documents and information. The connection is currently under development and is expected to be released with version 1.24.
- MS365 connection: Maximize the efficiency of your working environment by linking ALAN with Microsoft 365 and benefit from the many possibilities of the Office suite. The connection is expected to be available from version 1.25.
The list is not exhaustive, further functions will be added on an ongoing basis.
Important information
Prerequisite:
ADI builds on the existing ORMA module. Add this valuable module to your ALAN if you don’t already have it and benefit from smooth integration and seamless collaboration.
Pricing:
The price for the ADI module is just CHF 2500 excluding VAT per law firm. In addition, the annual maintenance and servicing contract (UWV) is due in accordance with the license agreement.
The implementation of the individual functions to meet your individual requirements is charged on a time and material basis.
